Children’s Fall Clothing Turnabout

Please Read Consignment Instructions Below

All consignors must register and login through Elam’s website (www.elamumc.org). Go to Info Center, then click on Children’s Clothing Turnabout and follow the link provided:

Last day print tags is midnight Monday, October 1

1. $10.00 Consignment fee will be deducted from your profits at the end of the sale.

MISSIONS: Saturday, October 6 – All items left will be packed up for missions at 2:30 p.m. SHARP – NO EXCEPTIONS.

Pick up money is on Tuesday, October 16th, from 10:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. at the church office. If you are unable to pick up your check that day you may pick it up between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the church office any weekday (Monday thru’ Friday) after that date. If you cannot pick up your check, please provide a stamped addressed envelope and we will mail it to you. After six weeks all monies not picked up are considered a donation to the church.

3.  INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW:

WE WILL NO LONGER BE PROVIDING PAPER OR PINS.

Be sure to check your junk email for updates through our webserver.

PROFIT SHARING:

Consignor will receive 67% of the sales total of their items.

Elam will receive the remaining 33% plus $10.00 consignment fee.

We will not payout on items we are not sure were sold.

PRINTING TAGS:

Only one login number per person. Each number will be charged the $10 consignment fee. If you have a problem printing tags, please call church office at 610-459-2911. Tags will default to donate: YES and YES for 50% off sale. You may manually change this to NO. Pricing begins at $1 and goes up in $1 increments. Do not make changes by handwriting on tag. No description is necessary. Pastel colors are fine to use. Cardstock should be used. You may highlight on tags, but not on the barcode. DO NOT PHOTOCOPY TAGS. Chrome and Mozilla Firefox work best.

ITEMS TO BE CONSIGNED:

Fall/Winter children’s clothing sizes newborn to junior size 15.  Due to limited space absolutely NO adult and Spring/Summer clothing.  We are asking that you be highly selective.

Toys and baby equipment.  All baby equipment must be clean, have all parts, and be in good working order. If an item is returned broken or incomplete the monies will be deducted from your total. Check recalls at http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prerel.html.

NO CAR SEATS OR MATTRESSES PLEASE!

Children’s shoes – must be new or nearly new.

Operating items and games – must have all parts and be in working condition. Please tape all game boxes closed. If any item is returned for missing parts or not working the monies will be deducted from your total. Only children’s DVD’s or CD’s. NO adult movies, books or music will be accepted.

Jewelry will be located at sales desk.

DO NOT BRING:

Stained or damaged clothing will be removed and placed in a marked bin.

No adult clothing and no children’s old or wornout shoes – these will be removed from the sales floor.

CONSIGNOR RESPONSIBILITY:

We are not responsible for missing or lost items.

If you find a sales ticket on the floor, please bring it to the checkout table. If you would like to purchase an item without a tag, please bring it to the checkout table. We will try to match a missing consignor tag with the item, try to look up item by description on website or we will price the item to sell. Money will be donated to Elam.

*Volunteers are needed! Pre-shopping is on Wednesday evening from 7:00-9:30 p.m. for anyone volunteering 2 hours Thursday, Friday or Saturday during turnabout.  We need more volunteers Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings and especially Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
