Ladies, mark your calendars for the GROW (God Renewing Our Women) fall and winter gatherings.
October 19: We will have a quick continental breakfast at 9am, then carpool to the Pearl S. Buck House for an 11am tour. After our visit from Julie Henning in the spring, a number of ladies expressed interest in visiting the house in Perkasie. Stay tuned for cost (between $11-15 depending on number in our group) and RSVP due date; information will come via email and our Elam newsletter.
December 14: Loaves of Love Cookie Packages. Help our community food bank share the holiday spirit by bringing homemade Christmas cookies to our morning meeting at 9am. We will enjoy our breakfast, then assemble a container of goodies for each family in the LoL program in time for their December distribution. More info to follow via email and our Elam newsletter.
April 8: Potluck breakfast at 9am and presentation by Kathryn Bradley, the new director of the Seamen's Center in Wilmington, DE. Here is their mission statement:
